We contacted Tile and Grain LLC, Bloomington, MN contractors to evaluate the floors in our entrance and adjacent laundry room and to evaluate the old dark slate kitchen backsplash. We chose to match the kitchen 12 x 24 porcelain floor tile made in India, so it extended thru the entrance and laundry room for a beautiful cohesive look. We could not match the kitchen floor tile locally and luckily “google lens” located it in Oklahoma. We chose glazed white marble tiles for the backsplash. The contractors were very patient waiting as the wrong backsplash tiles were sent from the local tile store exchanged. Contractors hung plastic draping around the areas to be tiled to minimize dust.  Great effort went into the clean workspace, inside and out throughout the project. Debris was quickly disposed of. Their willingness to listen to our design preferences and to adjust shows a commitment to customer satisfaction. They stayed on their timeline, working diligently in 82-degree weather cutting the tiles, which is no small task. The team was very congenial and treated us with utmost respect and professionalism. Tile and Grain contractors did an incredible professional installation. The workmanship is impeccable, and we are recommending their work for any tile needs.
